How Ohio adopts the IECC residential
Residential energy provisions sit in RCO Chapter 11 and change only by Board of Building Standards rule on proposal of the Residential Construction Advisory Committee, with hearing and JCARR filing. ORC 3781.10(A)(1) requires standards relating to conservation of energy.
Cycle. Irregular; follows RCO updates.
