How Oklahoma adopts the IRC
Same as NEC: advisory technical committee, then Commission APA rulemaking under 59 O.S. 1000.23. Affordable Housing and Consolidated Dwellings committee has completed review and the Commission approved starting draft rules for amendments to the 2024 IBC, IEBC, IFC and IRC.
Cycle. Irregular: 2009 IRC (2011), 2015 (2016), 2018 (2022), 2024 (2026).
