How Oklahoma adopts the IECC commercial
Commercial energy requirements are set by OUBCC rule (IBC amendments); a technical committee reviews newer IECC editions and the Commission would start APA rulemaking. No energy statute appears in 59 O.S. 1000.20-1000.31.
Cycle. Irregular; the state has stayed on the 2006 IECC reference while other codes moved forward.

Researched in the state’s own record. The seal stays broken until the passage is on file word for word.

Evidence 2 sources
Sources for the record itself come first, the state’s own records ahead of others. A label marks a source about something else, such as an exception. A source marked secondary is not the state’s own record.
