What does Massachusetts ConnectedSolutions small-scale battery program details do? Pays $275 per kW for behind-the-meter batteries of 50 kW or less that discharge during 30 to 60 summer peak events. The rate is locked for five years. It can be combined with the Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target program and net metering. Storage that charges from the grid and exports cannot net meter.
